My Business Trip to Beijing

I am going to go to Beijing the capital of China, where I have been to twice when I was in 11th grade, as I remember vaguely. I had a horrendous memory of Beijing not related to the city but the people who accompanied with me in the trip of few days on the way to Beijing. I realized then I should choose my travel companion wisely. Pretty much like this when I think of Beijing.

However, this time I am going there for the third time with a purpose. I will stay in Beijing for 3 weeks spending my daytime mostly in Beijing Language and Culture University and at the weekends planning to explore the city as a backpacker.

I have been contemplating hard on my to-do list of what I should see and do while studying there then results in the following categories:

1.Historical sights: Forbidden City, Summer Palace, Tianmen Square, Jingshan Park etc,. (no research at all)
2. Food and Drinks: Q-Mex (tacos-200RMB)
3. Sport’s Event: Chelsea VS Arsenal at the Bird’s Nest Stadium. (199RMB)
4. Party: Yen 13th Anniversary Mega Party at Migas. (price not unleashed yet)
5. Social Event: China International Diet and Beauty Exhibition at the Beijing National Convention Center. (Free) , Play House Drama Club – Grapes of Wrath (Free)

I am not the type of person who falls for history ,declepit buildings or centuries had already passed. Despite this, people claim that one should see the most famous landmarks of a country. For this reason, I anticipate that how magnificent and breathtaking
It could be to see such huge complexity that had built many years ago.

About food, I did some research on new or well-known restaurants in Beijing. I found the prices cost me arm and leg. Therefore, I will just go for the street foods.

The most striking event that I am looking forward to watching among all is the friendly pre-match between Chelsea and Arsenal to occur in July 22d. Because I have never watched soccer play in a mega stadium in my life.

So far, I have arranged few events to be done in July.
